⚫Pot cover

 The control panel convenient for the operator to operate various functions, adjustable frequency quick start, and immediate stop , which is very sensitive.

⚫Weighing system control panel

Its function is to clearly know the weight of the material in the main pot.

⚫Blending padle

The blending system consists of inter fix paddle, scrapper mixer and clockwise direction blender which the speed can reach 0-63 RPM and the perfect blending result increase the mixing efficiency and performance.

⚫Internal and external circulation tube

Its function is to make the material inside and outside the circulation in order to make the material mixing more full and delicate.

⚫Bottom Homogenizer

 Bottom homogenizer, with fixed speed 3000 RPM Sipuxin exclusively developed, motor, rotor and stator   adopts  wire-cutting finish machining, polishing treatment before assembly Axis adopt dynamic balance   processing.

⚫Vacuum pump

Its function is vacuum inhalation (water, oil, powder, etc.), foam removal, and use vacuum inhalation to avoid dust flying.

⚫Discharge Port

Discharge can freely control the discharge capacity, use the pipeline to transport the material to the filling  machine.

⚫Oil tank and Water tank

Distribute two tanks, one for heating stir oil and one for heating water, which can be piped to the main tank. Half open cover type, easy to pour material, cleaning tank.
