It is suitable for ordinary aerosol can & bov aerosol,normal cans for paint spray and w40,laboratory use, pilot entrance production, small-scale production of cosmetics, pharmaceutics, food, personal care, household care, fire fighting, ect. This machine is 100% pneumatic, user-friendly and using convenient.
 
The aerosol filling machine integrates a semi-automatic content filling machine, a semi-automatic sealing machine, and a semi-automatic propellant filling machine (with a booster pump) onto a single workstation, allowing for individual or combined operations with adjustable settings. It is capable of handling mediums with certain viscosity and concentration, such as paint and the black and white components of polyurethane foam sealant. The semi-automatic sealing machine ensures reliable sealing quality and is compatible with various aerosol valves. The booster pump is equipped with a large-capacity bidirectional booster, enabling fast filling speeds. This machine occupies minimal floor space, is easy to operate, and requires only one worker to complete the entire production process. This production line has been widely used for the packaging of aerosol products in industries such as food, hygiene, automotive, environmental protection, firefighting, and daily chemicals. Examples include mousse, hair spray, air fresheners, insecticides, disinfectants, fire extinguishers, and carburetor cleaners.
