1. This unit is available for manufacturing liquid products such as detergent, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The machine is composed of main pot, auxiliary boiler, stainless steel feeding pump, bracket platform, control system.
2. It integrates mixing, homogenizing, heating, cooling, pump discharge finished products and defoaming(optional) function.
3. The alll-round scraping mixer adopts frequency converter for speed adjustment.
4. Easy to discharge, bottom discharge or by transfer pump.

1. The wall scraping mixer adopts frequency converter to adjust the mixing speed which would make various kinds of products according to the customers'requirements.
2. The diversified high speed homogenizer can powerfully solid liquid products and dissolve the material like AES,AESA,LSA etc.it save energy consumption and shorten the production time.
3. The pot body is welded with three layer imported stainless steel. The whole machine and pipes are mirror polished which is definitely satisfied with the GMP standard.
4. According to different processing,the main pot can be heated and cooled down,steam heating and electric heating. Discharge from the bottom by the homogenizer or by a transfer pump.
