Definition of vacuum emulsifying homogenizer
It means that when the milk or lotion are under the vacuum condition , it makes use of the high shear emulsifier to distibute one or several phases to another continunous in phase rapidly and evenly .The milk will be processed in the narrow spase between stator ans rotor by strong energy of motion produced by the mechinical effect . By the operation of hydraulic shearing , centrifugal extruding , impacting , breaking and turbulence for over 100 thousand times per minute , the milk will be disspersed and emusified instantly ans evenly .After reciprocating circulation at high frenquency , the fine finished products of stable ans high quality without bubbles will be achived .

The vacuum emulsifying homogenizer is mianly composed of water pot , oil pot , homogenizing pot , vacuum system , lifting system (optional) electric control system (PLC is optional) , operation platform ,etc .

4.The vacuum defoaming can make materials meet the requirment of being aseptic . The vacuum material sucking is adopted , and especially for the powder materials ,vacuum sucking can avoid dust .
5.The homogenizing pot lid can adopts lifting system , easy to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious , the homogenizing pot can tilt discharge .
6.The homogenizing pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate . The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing pot can adopt tilt discharge .
7.According to technological requirements , the tank body can heat or cool the materials , The heating modes mianly include steam heating and electric heating .
8.To ensure the control of the whole machine is more stable , the electric appliances adopt imported configurations , so as to fully meet the international standards .
