Product Overview

This vacuum homogenizing emulsifier adopts hydraulic lifting structure, equipped with independent water phase tank and oil phase tank. Under vacuum environment, materials are mixed, stirred, homogenized and emulsified through high-speed shear homogenizer and slow anchor stirring. It can realize fine emulsification, avoid bubble generation, improve product fineness and stability.

Widely used for manufacturing facial cream, body lotion, ointment, serum, hair care products, pharmaceutical ointments, food paste and chemical emulsions. Suitable for medium & small batch factory production.

The main emulsifying pot cover can be lifted automatically, convenient for cleaning tank interior, changing materials and maintenance,

fully meeting GMP hygiene requirements.

✅Water & Oil Phase Tanks

Separate heating mixing tanks for water raw materials and oil raw materials.

Pre-heating and premixing in advance greatly shorten production cycle.

✅ Stirring System

Slow-speed anchor scraping stirring ,equipped with PTFE wall scrapers. It closely fits the tank inner surface to continuously scrape off viscous materials, preventing material carbonization and adhesion on tank wall.
