Product Overview
This integrated vacuum homogenizing emulsifier unit is specially designed for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, daily chemical industries to produce cream, lotion, gel, ointment, mask paste, hair care products. The whole machine adopts food-grade stainless steel 304/316L, with independent oil pot, water pot and main emulsifying tank, supporting heating, stirring, high shear dispersion and vacuum deaeration all-in-one.

Main Structure & Function
1、Tank Body
Three-layer jacket stainless steel main tank: heating layer, thermal insulation layer, cooling layer. Vacuum sealed design to avoid bubble in finished paste. Mirror polishing inner surface, no dead corner, easy CIP cleaning.
2、Stirring System
Slow wall scraping stirring, fully contact high viscosity materials to prevent paste sticking tank wall, ensure even mixing without agglomeration.
3、Oil Pot (Water Pot)
Independent oil phase heating tank, used for melting oil, wax, fat raw materials, with jacket heating & thermal insulation function, temperature adjustable
4、Dispersion Disc (High Shear Homogenizer)
Bottom mounted high speed homogenizing dispersion disc, strong shear force to break material particles, achieve fine emulsification, improve product texture & stability.
5、Discharge Port
Bottom discharge outlet, match transfer pump for automatic finished material output, no residual waste, save labor.
