Automatic Air Bottle Rinsing + Dual-Head Gear Pump Integrated Filling Line combines dry air purging for empty bottles and high-precision servo gear pump filling on one continuous conveyor. It completes empty bottle cleaning and volumetric filling in one automatic workflow, minimizing manual handling and improving sanitation & throughput.

Workflow

Bottle feeding → Conveyor transport → Air bottle rinsing station: clean dry compressed air reversely blows out dust and debris inside empty bottles → Bottle positioning & detection → Dual servo gear pump synchronous filling → Finished bottles output. This line can connect with capping and labeling machines to form a complete packaging line.

Air rinsing advantage: water-free dry cleaning, no drying tunnel required. Ideal for oil-based, alcohol-sensitive products such as perfume and essential oil. Purge dust and plastic chips inside bottles to avoid product contamination.

1. Dual Servo Gear Pump Filler for Stable Precision Two independent servo-driven gear pumps. All liquid contact parts adopt 316L stainless steel, corrosion resistant and GMP compliant for food & cosmetic production. Dual nozzles fill synchronously with filling accuracy up to ±0.5%, handling low to medium-high viscosity materials: essential oil, perfume, lotion, edible oil, shampoo, lubricant, etc. Equipped with no bottle, no fill photo sensor protection to prevent dripping waste. Siemens PLC + touch HMI, fill volume, speed and delay parameters can be set directly on screen. Quick format change without complicated mechanical replacement. Anti-drip filling nozzles keep the machine clean.
2. Automatic Air Rinsing Unit, Dry Sanitation Solution Dedicated air rinsing station: bottles turn over while clean compressed air blows out internal dust. Dry purge requires no water or drying oven, simplifying layout and cutting energy consumption. Custom clamps available for round bottles, flat bottles, glass & plastic containers.
3. Integrated Conveyor System with Synchronized Operation Stainless steel frame + adjustable top chain conveyor. Transport speed synchronizes with rinsing and filling stations. Adjustable guide rails and bottle stoppers for different bottle sizes. Full safety enclosed glass guard for visibility and operator protection, suitable for clean workshop.
4. Flexible & Customizable Expansion The line can work as separate units or connect with capper, labeler and bottle unscrambler for full automatic packaging. Q1: Can air rinsing replace water washing? A: It works well for bottles only with dust or plastic debris. Dry purging requires no water or drying process, perfect for water-sensitive oil & essential oil. For bottles with oil stain, please choose water rinsing model.

Q2: Can this machine fill high-viscosity paste? A: Servo gear pump works for liquid and flowable cream. For ultra-high viscosity paste, rotor pump version is available. Contact our team for proper selection.
