1. Independent Dual Pre-Tank Design, Professional Formula Adaptation
Equipped with dedicated oil phase and water phase preheating tanks to realize separate heating, stirring and pre-emulsification of different raw materials. It avoids the problem of uneven raw material dissolution and ineffective ingredient activation caused by one-pot direct mixing. It fully adapts to complex cosmetic formulas (moisturizing factors, essences, emulsifiers) and high-filler toothpaste formulas, ensuring sufficient raw material reaction and laying a foundation for fine and stable paste.
